This week’s BYU devotional address was an instant classic. Dr. Spencer Fluhman, who directs the Neal A. Maxwell Institute and teaches history at BYU, delivered a passionate and persuasive message to the large assembly of students. He entitled it “The University and the Kingdom of God.”
Though speaking directly to BYU students and faculty, Fluhman compels all of us to wonder how much richer and more profound our learning experience could be.
There’s much we could write about Fluhman’s message, but maybe it’s best to just take a little time to sit down and enjoy it. Let it inspire and challenge you. You may want to share it with loved ones, particularly those embarking on the exciting voyage of their university studies.
